Payment has to be done in advance before check-in.
Normal check in time is 11:00am. Early check-in can be accommodated if intimated in advance. Drop off luggage prior to check in if desired.
During normal working hours the keys will be handed over to guest after payment.
Normal checkout time is 10:00am. Late check-out can be arranged if intimated in advance and with timely communication with next guests, if any. Keeping the luggage in the lobby is possible for few hours.
Please hand over the room keys to the manager before leaving the premises.
For multiple day stay guests must lock their rooms on their way out and keep their set of keys for the duration of stay.
Bookings are reserved on a first come first serve basis. A 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the dates.
Any cancellation requested less than 15 days prior check-in date will not have any refund. A shift of dates would also not be possible in such cases.
Under the circumstances of a government lockdown wherein the concerned individuals are restricted from travelling, only then does we can offer a full refund or a shift of dates for the booking amount of the concerned individual. The final decision lies with management.
Food
Food mentioned in package will be served by Aarushmay Gadheswar Retreat. Please inform about food preferences at the time booking.
Outside food is allowed.

All adults must carry one of these photo ID cards at the time of check-in: Aadhar Card, Voters Card, Driving License, Passport. PAN Cards are not accepted.
